Richard A. Carlucci maintains an active civil litigation trial practice.  He has successfully represented elected officials regarding interpretation of the Faulkner Act as reported at Styles v. Township of Galloway, 323 N.J. Super. 191 (Law Div. 1999).   He has acquired experience in all aspects of construction defect litigation representing both developers and condominium associations.  His practice also concentrates in the areas of commercial, employment, family law, and civil rights litigation, where he has represented a broad range of clients.

Deeply Involved

Richard A. Carlucci has devoted much time as a youth and adult baseball coach in the Egg Harbor Township, Barnegat Township and Ocean City communities.  Prior to practicing law, Rich was a professional baseball player in the Toronto, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Cincinnati and New York Yankee minor league systems. During his ten-year pitching career, he played on several championship teams and has earned two Triple-A World Series rings.
